10 Minutes Focus Theory for Controlling Mind
Hello everyone, most of us specially students are complaining about the lack of concentration, specially about their inability to complete scheduled study time table. There are many reasons for this phenomenon in general, if we will going to discuss those; but here we are trying to provide a solution with taking minimum time of yours. So, let's directly focused on method and solution.
This method is call, 10 Minutes Focus Theory for Controlling Mind, basically I started this method on myself some time back and I found good results from this. That's why I am sharing this with all of you on my blog.
In this method, when you are bored or lost interest from work or study, you should have to take extra 10 minute time for ending work, reading or studying or something else. You have to say to yourself that,
'I am taking these LAST 10 Minutes and after that I stop doing this work, but in these 10 minutes, I must give my 101%; so, I have to forget whole World for ONLY these 10 Minute. I can do that!'.
By reminding it routinely you feel a change in yourself and you genuinely create focus in your work. Here I put stress on two words above, first is Last and another is Only. I did this because by both of these words psychologically, our brain feels relax, when we are bored or have no interest in doing a work. You can realize this by yourself too, try it whenever you will go for a unwilling task and write in comment, Is I am Right or I am Right?.
Anyway, I advice to you that please stress on these two words.
